* Compatibility

Please confirm that you have checked your cycle is compatible with Cytronex and that your cycle is safe to fit by clicking 'I Agree' below. If you haven't checked yet, you can find compatibility help HERE

Comaptibility

I confirm that:

I have checked Motor Compatibility by: A. Checking the Motor Template (front motor hubs only) OR B. Choosing a cassette for the rear Thru-Axle motor which is compatible with my bike's rear gear handlebar shifter – click “BACK” if you need to view the compatible shifters under your cassette choice or view all available shifters HERE
Bottle Holder Template fits in space above the downtube of my bike
At least one rear sprocket (i.e. rear wheel cog) on my bike is attracted by a magnet. (i.e. the sprocket is ferrous)
I understand that I am responsible for safety checking the cycle to which I will fit the Cytronex kit, which should for example, not be fitted to cycles with corroded or damaged forks, low quality forks without adequate strength or forks that have been involved in an accident. Newer bikes should be made to the ISO 4210 standard.

Please note bikes with rear suspension usually do not have enough space for the Cytronex bottle, please be sure you have checked clearance carefully using the Bottle Cage Template?

Cytronex has not been tested yet in rough off road conditions such as downhill mountain biking. The use of a Cytronex system in such conditions will void the Warranty.

Cytronex is a custom made bespoke product so we will produce cables to suit your bicycle.
We recommend that you have your bicycle and a tape measure next to you as you add these measurements, and double check each dimension.

Disclaimer

I have chosen the USA version of the Cytronex power assistance kit which is rated at 250 Watts and provides power assistance up to 20mph.

I understand that this is designed to provide power assistance up to the maximum speed allowed in much of the USA for using an electric bicycle on the highway as a normal bicycle (20mph).

I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that I have specified the correct Cytronex retro fit electric power assistance kit to comply with the law in force in the area I will be using the electrically assisted cycle fitted with this kit.

I understand that this USA version is not legal to use on the Public Highway in Europe.
