US C1 (incl Fast Charger): Fitted to HYBRID bike ordered, MAVIC XC421 WHEEL, DISC brake, US 20mph

I confirm that:

1. Motor Template shows motor is suitable for my bicycle
2. Bottle Cage Template fits in space above the downtube of my bike
3. At least one rear sprocket (i.e. rear wheel cog) on my bike is attracted by a magnet. (i.e. the sprocket is ferrous)
4. I understand that I am responsible for safety checking the cycle to which I will fit the C1 kit, which should for example, not be fitted to cycles with corroded or damaged forks, low quality forks without adequate strength or forks that have been involved in an accident. Newer bikes should be made to the ISO 4210 standard.
